All Around Air Duct Cleaning provides a variety of air duct and HVAC cleaning services, including but not limited to: - Air Duct Cleaning: Removal of dust, debris, and allergens from your home’s ductwork to improve indoor air quality. - Dryer Vent Cleaning: Elimination of lint buildup to reduce fire hazards and improve dryer efficiency. - HVAC System Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of HVAC components to ensure optimal performance. - Sanitization Services: Application of EPA-approved disinfectants to eliminate bacteria and mold within the system.
We operate in Palmetto Bay, FL, and surrounding areas, including Cutler Bay, Pinecrest, Kendall, and Goulds.
User Responsibilities
You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information when scheduling services. - Prepare your premises for our team’s arrival by ensuring clear access to the areas where services will be performed. - Notify All Around Air Duct Cleaning of any pre-existing issues with your HVAC system that may affect the cleaning process. - Adhere to our scheduling and cancellation policies as outlined below.
Scheduling & Cancellation
All Around Air Duct Cleaning requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of up to $50.
To schedule a service, you may contact us via phone or our website. Our team will confirm availability and provide you with a timeframe for the services requested.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, cash, and checks. All payments are subject to applicable sales tax.
In the event of a failed payment, All Around Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to charge reasonable late fees and pursue collection of outstanding amounts.
Warranties & Guarantees
Our services are performed in accordance with industry standards, including adherence to guidelines set forth by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). All Around Air Duct Cleaning offers a satisfaction guarantee on our services. In the event you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of service completion for a resolution.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, All Around Air Duct Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered. This limitation applies to both direct and indirect damages, including loss of profits or revenues, arising from any claims related to our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Around Air Duct Cleaning, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
